About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alvatix. As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers (which will be crypto traders), addressing inquiries and solving problems to ensure their experience with Alvatix is seamless and positive. Your understanding of our product, alongside excellent communication skills, will be vital in helping users navigate the world of crypto trading with Alvatix.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, or chat.
  • Educate customers about Alvatix's tools and services, guiding them through features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech and product teams to report bugs, provide feedback, and ensure consistent delivery of service.
  • Track and document interactions with customers for future reference and training purposes.
  • Stay updated with the latest updates, features, and services provided by Alvatix to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management and propose improvements.
  • Attend training sessions to grow knowledge in crypto trading, prop firms, and customer service best practices.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling challenging customer interactions.
  • A good understanding of crypto trading concepts and tools.
  • Proficient in tech with a talent for comprehending and explaining software features and operations.
  • Preferably have basic knowledge about crypto trading and prop firms.
